You’re Not Stuck — You’re Evolving

Growth isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about letting yourself evolve, at your pace, into the version of you that’s ready for more peace, strength, and connection.

You’ve been doing everything you’re supposed to — managing your career, showing up for family, maintaining relationships, and pushing through the daily grind.

On the outside, you’re keeping up.
On the inside? It’s a different story.

Maybe you’re feeling burned out, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the life you thought you’d be living by now.
Maybe the stress, self-doubt, and old emotional wounds you thought you had under control are weighing heavier than you expected.

You’re not failing. You’re human — and it’s okay to need support.

Whether it’s burnout, anxiety, relationship struggles, or feeling stuck in a life that no longer fits, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Therapy is your space to slow down, sort through it all, heal from the past, and build a future that actually feels like yours.

When you’re ready, I’m here.

Let’s take the first step toward real balance, growth, and self-trust.

Common Issues

I’m Passionate About Helping Women Navigate

The Challenges Impacting Their Lives

Anxiety, Burnout, and Chronic Stress

Life can feel like an endless loop — managing work demands, showing up for your family, trying to maintain friendships — all while carrying the pressure to 'have it all together' on the outside.
For women today, the expectation to succeed, stay connected, and keep pushing through is constant — and exhausting.
Anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm aren’t signs that you’re failing — they’re signals that you’ve been carrying too much, for too long, without enough care for yourself.
Therapy offers a space where you can slow down, breathe again, and prioritize your mental health — without guilt or judgment.
Together, we’ll help you untangle the pressure, build sustainable coping strategies, and create a life that feels balanced and meaningful — not just busy.
You deserve more than just surviving each day. You have every right to reclaim your time, energy, and peace of mind.

Relationship Struggles and Shifting Expectations

Relationships don’t always unfold the way we imagined — whether it's long-term partnerships, breakups, dating, or friendships shifting over time.
You may feel disconnected, unappreciated, or stuck in patterns that keep repeating.
Therapy can help you understand what you truly need in relationships, set stronger boundaries, and break cycles that no longer serve you.
You’re allowed to protect your energy and want more from the people around you.
Let’s work together to help you create relationships that empower you instead of drain you.

Professional & Personal Work-Life Balance

The pressure to achieve can be relentless — and many millennial women feel stuck between ambition and exhaustion.
Whether you’re overworking, feeling stagnant, or constantly sacrificing your well-being to keep up, the imbalance takes a toll.
Therapy can help you redefine success, build better boundaries, and design a life where rest and purpose coexist.
You deserve a life that makes space for you — not just your output.

Parenting Pressures

Parenting while trying to meet your own needs can feel impossible some days.
Whether you’re navigating toddler chaos, teen disconnection, or parenting while healing from your own childhood wounds — you are not alone.
Therapy provides space to unpack the guilt, exhaustion, and expectations placed on you, so you can show up for your family and for yourself.
You’re not just surviving for your kids — you deserve to thrive alongside them.

Self Esteem, Identity, and Life Transitions

You’ve grown — but the world may still expect you to fit into old roles and timelines.
Whether you're questioning your identity, changing careers, or redefining what matters most, therapy can help you explore who you are becoming.
You’re allowed to evolve, to start over, and to choose a path that reflects your values today — not who you were ten years ago.
You don’t have to shrink yourself to meet anyone else’s expectations.

Healing From
Past Trauma

Old wounds don’t disappear — they often show up in our present: in relationships, in how we work, or how we see ourselves.
Even if you’ve pushed through or minimized what you’ve been through, the past can quietly shape your future.
Therapy creates space to face what’s unfinished, gently and at your pace — so those wounds no longer define your choices.
You have the strength to stop surviving and start healing — fully, deeply, and on your own terms.

Other Common Issues Facing Modern Women

Women are complex and unique. Even if your girlfriend or sister shares a similar challenge, your experience is your own. Do you want a stronger, more fulfilling sense of self? Feel overwhelmed by anxiety, sadness, or low self-esteem? Struggling with body image, past trauma, giving too much, or feeling hurt by others? Stuck in difficult relationships or grieving a loss? Facing sexual concerns or compulsive behaviors? Whatever the issue, it can be worked through. Let me help.
You have the courage to stop feeling stuck and start living — confidently, authentically, and on your own terms.

About Erica

I’m passionate about working with millennial women who are tired of holding everything together — from demanding careers to strained relationships — while feeling disconnected from themselves. If you’ve been pouring into everyone and everything else, therapy can be your space to refocus, restore, and finally put yourself back at the center.

Modern life puts a lot on your shoulders.

You’re navigating a world that’s constantly shifting — while carrying the weight of past experiences, present pressures, and future uncertainties.

My goal is to give you a space where you can explore your emotions, your thoughts, and your struggles — in a way that feels real, relatable, and judgment-free.

As someone who understands all the roles you're expected to juggle, I’m here to remind you:

It’s okay to need support.
It’s okay to feel vulnerable.
It’s okay to want more for yourself — and still be exactly who you are.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Let’s work together to help you reconnect, heal, and move forward with more clarity and confidence

affordable RATES

Private Pay & Insurance Options

Affordably priced private-pay session fees accommodate almost all budgets. One advantage of choosing the private-pay option is that only my clients and I are the ones who determine the number and frequency and length of sessions - not an insurance company.

Insurance is accepted clients who have mental health insurance benefits provided by: Aetna, Optum (Oxford, UMR, Oscar Health, AvMed), United Healthcare, Cigna, BX of Mass., Carelon Behavioral Health, Horizon Blue Cross of NJ, and Quest Behavioral Health.

There are many pros/cons about choosing between private pay and insurance options.

Benefits of Therapy

Trauma Resolution

Your past experiences don’t have to define your present.
Even if trauma or abuse is part of your story, healing is possible.
Together, we can help you process the pain, reclaim your strength, and move forward with greater freedom and self-trust.

Depression & Anxiety

You don’t have to stay stuck in sadness, fear, or overwhelm.
Depression and anxiety can make it hard to see a way forward, but healing is within reach.
In therapy, we’ll work together to understand what you're feeling, strengthen your resilience, and help you reconnect with hope, confidence, and a renewed sense of peace.

Self Esteem

You are more than the doubts you carry.
Struggles with self-esteem can affect how you see yourself, your relationships, and your opportunities.
Through therapy, we’ll work together to rebuild your confidence from within — so you can move through life with greater self-worth, authenticity, and belief in who you are.

Fix Smaller Issues

You don’t have to wait for a crisis to seek support.
Sometimes it’s the smaller, everyday struggles — stress, communication challenges, self-doubt — that slowly wear you down.
Therapy can help you address these challenges early, giving you the tools and insight to create lasting, meaningful changes in your life.

Life Transitions

Change can feel overwhelming, even when it’s expected.
Whether you’re navigating career shifts, relationship changes, parenthood, or personal growth, you don't have to figure it all out alone.
Therapy can help you find clarity, resilience, and purpose as you move through life's transitions — one step at a time, at your own pace.

Self Care

Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish — it’s essential.
If you're used to putting others first, learning how to prioritize your own needs can feel unfamiliar or even uncomfortable.
Therapy can help you redefine self-care, set healthy boundaries, and create space for your own healing, growth, and peace of mind.
