Therapy That Supports Women Like You
Men — whether in their 20s, 30s, 40s — often carry depression, anxiety, old wounds, and relationship stress behind a calm front. To the world, they look like steady partners, dads, workers — doing what’s expected. But inside, many feel disconnected, frustrated, or numb. Some struggle to speak up, afraid to disappoint. Some feel haunted by past traumas that shape today’s life. And as they age and roles shift, many feel lost or stuck. It can feel heavy, isolating, and overwhelming. As life changes, many feel unsure how to grow. If this feels familiar, know you don’t have to carry it alone
I’m Passionate About Helping Men Navigate
The Challenges Impacting Their Lives
Life can feel like an endless loop — meeting work demands, being there for your family, trying to keep friendships alive — all while holding it together on the outside.
For many men, the pressure to succeed, stay strong, and keep pushing through never stops — and it’s exhausting.
Anxiety, burnout, or feeling overwhelmed aren’t failures; they’re signs you’ve been carrying too much for too long, without real time for yourself.
Therapy gives you a place to slow down, breathe, and focus on your own mental health — without guilt or judgment.
Together, we’ll untangle the pressure, build practical coping tools, and help you create a life that feels steady and meaningful — not just busy.
You deserve more than just getting through the day. You have every right to reclaim your time, energy, and peace of mind.
Relationships don’t always go the way we hope — whether it’s a long-term partner, a breakup, dating challenges, or friendships that change over time.
You might feel disconnected, unappreciated, or stuck in the same frustrating patterns.
Therapy can help you get clear on what you really want from relationships, set better boundaries, and break habits that keep holding you back.
You have every right to protect your energy and expect more from the people in your life.
Together, we’ll work on building relationships that support you — not drain you.
The pressure to achieve can feel constant — many men push themselves to succeed but end up stuck between drive and burnout.
Whether you’re overworking, feeling stalled, or putting your own well-being last to keep up, it takes a toll over time.
Therapy can help you define success on your terms, set healthy limits, and build a life where work, rest, and purpose actually balance out.
You deserve more than just grinding through each day — you have a right to feel steady, clear-headed, and in control.
Balancing fatherhood with your own needs can feel impossible some days.
Whether you’re handling toddler chaos, teen distance, or trying to parent while carrying your own childhood baggage — you’re not alone.
Therapy gives you space to unpack guilt, stress, and pressure, so you can be present for your family and take care of yourself too.
You’re not just here to survive for your kids — you deserve to grow and thrive alongside them.
You’ve changed — but the world may still expect you to stick to old roles and timelines.
Whether you’re questioning your purpose, switching careers, or figuring out what really matters now, therapy can help you get clear on who you’re becoming.
You have every right to grow, start over, and build a life that fits your values today — not who you were years ago.
You don’t have to hold yourself back to meet anyone else’s expectations.
Old wounds don’t just disappear — they often show up in how you work, in your relationships, or in how you see yourself.
Even if you’ve pushed through or brushed it off, the past can still quietly shape your choices today.
Therapy gives you a space to face what’s unfinished, at your own pace and without judgment — so old pain stops running the show.
You have the strength to move from just surviving to truly healing — fully, deeply, and on your terms.
Men face challenges that don’t always look obvious on the surface. Even if your brother, friend, or coworker has gone through something similar, your experience is yours alone.
Do you want a stronger sense of self? Feel weighed down by anxiety, sadness, or low confidence? Struggling with old wounds, anger, trust issues, or feeling disconnected from people you care about? Stuck in unhealthy patterns, grieving a loss, or dealing with sexual concerns or compulsive habits?
Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to do it alone.
You have the strength to stop feeling stuck and start living — with clarity, confidence, and on your own terms.
I work with men who are tired of holding everything together — pushing through long workdays, handling family responsibilities, and still feeling disconnected or worn down inside. If you’ve been giving your best to everyone else but ignoring what you need, therapy can be your space to pause, get real about what’s weighing on you, and start putting yourself back on solid ground
Modern life puts a lot on your shoulders.
You’re trying to keep up in a world that never slows down — all while carrying past baggage, today’s pressures, and worries about tomorrow.
My goal is to give you a space to talk things through honestly, sort out what’s weighing on you, and handle what’s next — without judgment or pressure.
I understand how many roles you’re expected to juggle, and I’m here to remind you:
It’s okay to need support.
It’s okay to feel overwhelmed sometimes.
It’s okay to want more for yourself and still be the man you are.
You don’t have to figure this out alone.
Let’s work together so you can feel more steady, clear-headed, and ready to move forward with confidence
affordable RATES
Affordably priced private-pay session fees accommodate almost all budgets. One advantage of choosing the private-pay option is that only my clients and I are the ones who determine the number and frequency and length of sessions - not an insurance company.
Insurance is accepted clients who have mental health insurance benefits provided by: Aetna, Optum (Oxford, UMR, Oscar Health, AvMed), United Healthcare, Cigna, BX of Mass., Carelon Behavioral Health, Horizon Blue Cross of NJ, and Quest Behavioral Health.
There are many pros/cons about choosing between private pay and insurance options.
Your past experiences don’t have to define your present.
Even if trauma or abuse is part of your story, healing is possible.
Together, we can help you process the pain, reclaim your strength, and move forward with greater freedom and self-trust.
You don’t have to stay stuck in sadness, fear, or overwhelm.
Depression and anxiety can make it hard to see a way forward, but healing is within reach.
In therapy, we’ll work together to understand what you're feeling, strengthen your resilience, and help you reconnect with hope, confidence, and a renewed sense of peace.
You are more than the doubts you carry.
Struggles with self-esteem can affect how you see yourself, your relationships, and your opportunities.
Through therapy, we’ll work together to rebuild your confidence from within — so you can move through life with greater self-worth, authenticity, and belief in who you are.
You don’t have to wait for a crisis to seek support.
Sometimes it’s the smaller, everyday struggles — stress, communication challenges, self-doubt — that slowly wear you down.
Therapy can help you address these challenges early, giving you the tools and insight to create lasting, meaningful changes in your life.
Change can feel overwhelming, even when it’s expected.
Whether you’re navigating career shifts, relationship changes, parenthood, or personal growth, you don't have to figure it all out alone.
Therapy can help you find clarity, resilience, and purpose as you move through life's transitions — one step at a time, at your own pace.
Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish — it’s essential.
If you're used to putting others first, learning how to prioritize your own needs can feel unfamiliar or even uncomfortable.
Therapy can help you redefine self-care, set healthy boundaries, and create space for your own healing, growth, and peace of mind.
