The Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Use of this Site, review of information on this Site, or communication through this Site does not establish a therapist-client relationship, professional-client relationship, or any other confidential or fiduciary relationship with Discovering Destinies, Inc., Erica H. Epstein, LMFT, Eric B. Epstein, Esq., LMFT, or any employee, agent, contractor, or affiliated provider. Therapy services are provided only after a professional relationship has been formally established through appropriate intake procedures, informed consent documents, and any required agreements. Please do not send confidential, sensitive, medical, mental health, or emergency information through this Site or through unsecured electronic communications. You should consult a licensed mental health professional regarding your individual situation. You should not delay seeking medical or mental health care, disregard professional advice, or discontinue medical or mental health treatment because of information found on this Site.

We do not guarantee the confidentiality of communications submitted through the Site or through electronic communication.    Erica H. Epstein, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Florida License #MT3814. She is also a Certified Family Trauma Professional. Eric B. Epstein, Esq., LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Florida License #MT3842. He is also a Florida and New York licensed attorney and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator.

9. Verification of Credentials

   Users are responsible for independently verifying the credentials of any professional, employee, agent, contractor, or principal associated with Discovering Destinies, Inc. and should not rely solely on representations or content contained on this Site.

10. Modifications to Content

    At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to modify, replace, update, remove, or discontinue the Site, Service, Agreement, or any portion thereof at any time, with or without notice. If you disagree with any changes to the Site, Service, or Agreement, you should stop using the Site and Service. Your continued use of the Site and Service will be subject to the then-current terms and content.

11. International Use

    The Site is operated and controlled by us in the United States. Due to the global nature of the Internet, the Site may be accessed by users in countries other than the United States. We make no warranties that the Site or Service are appropriate or available for use in such locations. If it is illegal or prohibited in your country of origin to access or use the Site, you should not do so.
